Paul Cotsonis is the Senior Associate in the firm’s Reno office. His practice is primarily in the area of labor, employment and civil litigation. He has represented union members and their respective unions throughout Nevada. Mr. Cotsonis is also licensed to practice in the State of Washington.

Biography
Mr. Cotsonis is based in the firm’s Reno office. For the past twenty years his practice is primarily in the area of labor, employment and civil litigation. He has and continues to represent both private and public sector unions and their respective members throughout the state of Nevada.
Mr. Cotsonis represents clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies such as the Nevada Employee Management Relations Board (“EMRB”). Mr. Cotsonis has negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements for both private and public sector unions throughout Nevada and has represented unions and their members in numerous grievance arbitrations.
Mr. Cotsonis is a lifelong Nevadan, graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a B.A. in Secondary Education in 1997. Mr. Cotsonis taught Social Studies with the Clark County School District during the 1997-98 school year and went on to receive a B.A. in Political Science in 1999. In 2002 Mr. Cotsonis graduated from the McGeorge School of Law in 2002. During law school, Mr. Cotsonis worked as a summer associate in 2000 and 2001 with a law firm out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Following law school, Mr. Cotsonis worked in private practice out of Carson City and Las Vegas for two firms heavily involved in labor and employment law and representing both private and public sector unions and their respective members throughout the state of Nevada.
Mr. Cotsonis is the father of two and enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
